Yes. Metamorphosis is designed for women in transition — whether you’re birthing something new, refining an existing body of work, or returning to your original essence after distortion. This is not about where you are on a timeline, but about your readiness to return to what is true.
Both — and neither in the conventional sense. Metamorphosis is an initiatory container where womb, land, spirit, and sacred business are woven together. Business is approached as devotion, not strategy alone, and spirituality is grounded into lived, practical integration.
No. Sharing is invitational, not compulsory. Silence is honoured. Sovereignty is respected. You are welcome exactly as you are, and you choose how you participate at every step.
There will be time on the land, walking, movement, and embodied practices. The Uluru Base Walk is 10.6km (Grade 3). The Kata Tjuta Valley of the Winds Walk is 7.4km with some elevation (Grade 4). All experiences are guided with care, and flexibility. You’re encouraged to honour your body’s limits, and needs throughout the journey.
Uncertainty is not a barrier — it’s often the threshold. This is not a decision to rush. You’re invited to sit with the invitation, listen to your body, and allow your clarity to unfold in its own time.
Are dietary requirements catered for?
Your retreat fee includes all guided experiences, ceremonies, facilitation, land-based practices, national park entry, transport around Ayers Rock Resort, and selected curated dinners. Accommodation, flights, road transport (for the tag-along), and most daily meals are booked separately, allowing you to choose the level of comfort, and rhythm that feels right for you.
The optional tag-along journey is a five-night overland pilgrimage from Adelaide to Uluru. It’s not required to attend the retreat, but is available for those who feel called to deepen the initiation through physical pilgrimage, and time on the road.
All retreat meals are provided by the multiple onsite restaurants, and cafes. Most daily meals are booked separately, allowing you to choose your own dietary requirements. The tag-along meals are included, and dietary requirements can be catered for. Please make sure to include your dietary requirements on the application form.
Metamorphosis is designed to land — not fade. You’ll leave with an embodied sense of direction, clarity around your sacred work, and a grounded integration of what’s been activated. There’s no pressure to do anything immediately. What’s true will move with you, naturally.
This is an intimate space for 10 women. To honour the depth of this work, and the land we’re gathering on, attendance is by application. You’ll be asked a few gentle questions. If it feels aligned for both of us, you’ll be invited to join the retreat circle. I invite you to complete this application form.
